Product features

1,frame clip
The upper and lower clamps are all one-piece, protecting the entire iron core from external force in the process of manufacture and transportation, and can effectively press and support the coil. Improves the ability of the transformer to withstand axial electrical forces in the event of a sudden short circuit.
2, seismic noise reduction
The clip of the steel structure effectively suppresses the oscillation of noise in the clip and keeps the noise of the transformer in an ideal state. 3, good electrical performance, partial discharge value is low Epoxy resin and curing agent use high-grade insulating materials provided by the world-renowned chemical manufacturer Hunts- man Fine Chemicals (HUNTSMAN). The high voltage uses a thin insulating cast structure. The poured resin mixture can be completely saturated into the gaps of the coil to prevent the existence of voids. This effectively suppresses the occurrence of partial
discharge. The partial discharge does not exceed 10 pC. Most products do not exceed 5 pC.

The transformer is solidified with epoxy resin and special insulation structure with a filler and the material is stable. Cracks
will not occur due to bad weather and temperature changes.
7,moisture-proof fireproof
Since the entire coil conductor is enclosed by a solid insulating layer of epoxy resin, moisture is hardly invaded. The interlayer insula- tion flm is made of IH-type polyimide film and has an insulation class F grade. It can work at 155°C for a long time.
