1,frame clip
The upper and lower clamps are all one-piece, protecting the entire iron core from external force in the process of manufacture and transportation, and can effectively press and support the coil. Improves the ability of the transformer to withstand axial electrical forces in the event of a sudden short circuit.
2, seismic noise reduction
The clip of the steel structure effectively suppresses the oscillation of noise in the clip and keeps the noise of the transformer in an ideal state. 3, good electrical performance, partial discharge value is low Epoxy resin and curing agent use high-grade insulating materials provided by the world-renowned chemical manufacturer Hunts- man Fine Chemicals (HUNTSMAN). Since the entire coil conductor is enclosed by a solid insulating layer of epoxy resin, moisture is hardly invaded. The interlayer insula- tion flm is made of IH-type polyimide film and has an insulation class F grade. It can work at 155°C for a long time.
